You can hear it in the summer breeze,
As it swirls and blows through the trees.
Over the hills and past the sun,
The sound of fun has just begun.
The shrills and giggles warm the air,
Go ahead and listen if you dare.
Ask any child and they will tell,
Its like a magical fairie spell.
It captures you from head to toe,
Then washes away all your woe.
You feel refreshed and alive,
As if agan you were five.
The secret to life, you see,
is standing right in front of you and me.
Look at a child standing by,
Right in the twinkle of their eye.
Feelings of warmth begin to spread,
First your heart and then your head.
You mouth begins to crack a smile,
Then in just a little while.
It turns to a grin from ear to ear,
Then your eyes begin to tear.
As your tummy begins to shake
Like you are your own little quake.
Your inner child now is found,
and finally you make a sound.
A deep rolling rumble,
That makes you feel humble.
It makes you feel complete,
Nothing is as sweet
and you care less what happens after,
That my friends is the Importance of laughter.
I like it.. it does sound like a children's book. You should put art to it.. then sell it. :)
